Urban Graze Cooking Schools Hosting Smeg Cooking Classes.

The Hills District in Sydney houses one of the city’s top, award-winning cooking schools and its recently renovated kitchen has incorporated 11 Smeg appliances into the design. Urban Graze is renowned for its intimate hands-on classes and Smeg (see below) was selected to give guests the opportunity to cook with technologically advanced appliances suitable for both beginners and experienced cooks.

Each three-hour cooking classes focuses on the foundations of modern cooking, incorporating food and wine matching, a minimum of four dishes and a meal at the dining table to recap on what the evening has covered.  Urban Graze prides itself on supporting the local community for all of its produce and equipment and ensures that the classes host no more than10 people.

As a special offer, Urban Graze in conjunction with Smeg, is conducting free interactive cooking classes based on how to use Smeg products and understand the brand’s cutting edge technology. Each Smeg Cooking Class is designed around the equipment which is a unique focus in the school’s syllabus.

Guests can choose from two options:

Post Purchase: This two-hour class is designed for people who already own a Smeg appliance (purchased in the last 6 months) and would like to learn more about the features.

To decide whether this class is suitable for you, the Urban Graze newly designed kitchen has the latest Smeg appliances, as follows:
